The Korean Association of International Studies (KAIS)
issues a call for papers for
The Korean Journal of International Studies (KJIS, KCI Accredited Journal and ESCI)
, a peer reviewed journal published on April 30, August 31, and December 31 every year. KJIS is accepting original and unpublished journals that will be published on December 31, 2022 as Volume 20, Number 3.
- Topic
The
KJIS is covering global and regional affairs and theoretical debates in the field of international relations and area studies. The KJIS endeavors to attract original articles devoted not only to perennial issues in East Asia including the Korean Peninsula but also impacts of diverse perspectives at the global and regional levels.

Papers must be written exclusively for KJIS and have not been presented or published previously in any form.
· Please notice the submission manual.
(1) Refer to the e-Submission system (kjis.org) about submission policies, manuscript instruction and publication ethics.
(2) Manuscripts should not exceed 40 pages (or approximately 12,000 words) including citations, footnotes, references, tables and figures. They must be typewritten, double-spaced, with a 12-point New Times Roman font and in a Microsoft Word file. References should be placed at the end of the manuscript. The style of the text, citations, footnotes, and references must conform to the following format. Also include in your submission an author's biography (less than 100 words), an abstract (200-250 words), and relevant keywords (4-6 words).
